Join us for an afternoon of complete escapism in the tranquil setting of Oaken Grove Vineyard, nestled in the Chiltern Hills. At our Slow Down Sunday Pregnancy Retreat you’ll meet like-minded mums-to-be and switch off from the day-to-day, focusing on your pregnancy, nurturing your body & mind and connecting with your baby.
What to expect
An afternoon of connection, relaxation & slowing down. Our retreat takes place in the stunning restored barn at Oaken Grove Vineyard and on the covered outdoor terrace overlooking ancient woodland.

FAQs
How many weeks pregnant do I have to be?
Anyone in their second or third trimester is welcome (this is due to the pregnancy yoga sessions).
Can I come on my own?
Yes! Most people will be coming on their own and it's a really good opportunity to meet other mums-to-be! There will be lots of opportunities for everyone to chat.
I've never done yoga/ pregnancy yoga before, does that matter?
That's not a problem, the yoga session is suitable for complete beginners.
What do I need to bring/wear?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in and something that you can move freely in for yoga. Refreshments will be available throughout and we'll have afternoon tea but please bring anything else you need.
I have dietary requirements - do you cater for that?
Yes, you can specify any dietary requirements when you book.
