This is your story

Giving birth doesn't have to be something awful & scary you have to just get through to meet your baby!

You know that thing that happens when you find out you’re pregnant and suddenly everyone loses their filter and tells you their birth story in great detail, gives you advice about sleep training or recalls the time their nipples almost fell off from breastfeeding? It’s a lot isn’t it?! If you’re looking to drown out the noise, I’m here for you! I’ll help you tune into your instincts, build trust and strength in yourself and find the path that feels right for you, even if that looks different to everyone else’s. I’m not here to give you advice or make decisions for you, I’ll support you to take control of your experience. If this sounds like what you need, I’d love to be part of your team.

Mother holding baby with birth doula support in Buckinghamshire

HEY! AND WELCOME

I’m a birth doula based in Buckinghamshire and I teach pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing, mum & baby yoga and baby massage across Bucks.

Everything I’ve learned from walking alongside new parents for the past nine years is woven into the bespoke support I offer as your doula, hypnobirthing coach and yoga teacher. I truly believe that having an awesome support team can make a massive difference to your experience of birth and the start of parenthood.

A BIT ABOUT ME

I live in High Wycombe with my husband, two teenage daughters and Ella the spaniel.

I can usually be found on a dog walk in the woods, having a long chat over coffee, getting lost in a good book or listening to a birth-related podcast!

When my daughters were born, I quickly realised how our birth experiences can have such a big impact on how we feel as new mums, both physically and emotionally.

When we’re cared for, listened to and supported with kindness, the impact is huge and far-reaching.

WHY I DO WHAT I DO

That realisation is what led me here. I wanted to help other parents navigate pregnancy, birth and those early days with a baby - with kindness, compassion and a deep understanding of the journey into parenthood.

Whether I’m by your side as your doula or welcoming you into one of my classes, my goal is always the same: to help you feel confident, heard, trusted and respected.

Take a look around or get in touch for a chat - I’m always happy to answer questions and help you figure out what feels right for you.
