Free Labour Bag Essentials printout
Whether you're planning a home birth, a caesarean birth or having your baby on the labour ward, it's a good idea to have your bag packed from around 36 weeks so that you've got everything you need in one place! My top tip is to get your birth partner to pack the bag(s) with you so they know where things are! Below you can download my labour bag essentials printout to use as a guide when packing your bag for labour, just click the button.
Free Birth Preferences template
If you've done a hypnobirthing or antenatal course with me, you'll know how important I think it is to make a birth plan or birth preferences. The process of working on this will help you to get familiar with the process of birth, your options and what feels right for you. It's also a good idea to write a Plan B and C too - that way you'll feel well-prepared and calm if your birth deviates from the path you imagined.
